Finding the right therapist is so important to being able to feel comfortable exploring deeper inside ourselves. Individual Therapy
Psychotherapy provides a safe space to talk about any concerns you are having. The process of talk therapy allows you to gain insight into yourself and others around you. Some of the goals of therapy are to understand how the past may be affecting your present behaviour, to work through challenges, and gain better ways of coping. Service prices may be covered by your extended health benefits. Please check with your insurance for the list of providers included in your plan.
